Conventionally grown cotton is compromised and weakened by the chemicals used in the growing, processing and dying of cotton. These break down the fiber and create a weaker, inferior cotton. Organic cotton, however, is produced without the use of harsh chemicals. You get a softer, stronger, better fabric when cotton is grown and processed organically. The softness and quality that only organic cotton can provide are truly unmatched.
The fabric is certified organic by the Control Union Certifications in the Netherlands.
