The waist extension belt clips into both sides of the waist buckle on the Ergo Baby Carrier and adds 8" to the circumference, enlarging it from 43" to 51". Perfect for larger adults or for fitting the Ergo under a pregnant belly. Do not use more than one waist extension belt on your carrier.
