- Available only on US orders of $50 or more after any discounts and exclusive of shipping insurance or other costs.
- Available only while supplies last. No rain checks.
- Gift
certificate redemption code and instructions will be sent with the
package. Recipient is responsible for complying with all terms and

- If purchase is returned, in
addition to the cost of postage that will be deducted from the refund,
